- Surgeon must also do general orthopedics
- 1 year partnership track with no buy-in
- Group provides marketing budget for new surgeon

- Current call is 1:3
- Excellent referrals from primary care
- 3 weeks vacation and CME with stipend
- Malpractice insurance paid by group includes tail insurance.
- Indiana is a tort reform state
- Each surgeon has 3 exam room.
- Group has a 8 bay outpatient surgery center
- Hours are 8-5 with no weekends except for when on call
- Admit to a Level II trauma hospital
