- MGMA Base salary plus incentives until partner
- Shared Call with other orthopedic surgeons in group
- Partnership 2 year tract DOE
- 2 million plus income potential in 2nd/3rd yr.
- One surgeon I worked with 6 yrs ago in the group taking home over 3 million a year.
